UMBC has negotiated a new Facilities and Administrative Costs Rate Agreement with our cognizant federal agency, the Department of Health and Human Services, for F&A rates from FY2021 through FY2025.
The F&A Rate Agreement and guidelines for the implementation and application of the new F&A rates are updated on our website.
