Limited Solicitation: NEH Summer Stipends
Dear Colleagues,
Each year, UMBC is allowed to submit two proposals to the prestigious National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Summer Stipends program. In the most recent cycle (Summer 2022), Dr. Elizabeth Patton, of the UMBC Department of Media and Communication Studies, received an NEH summer stipend for "Representation as a Form of Resistance: Documenting African-American Spaces."
UMBC's internal selection process for the NEH Summer Stipends program is now updated to include the Summer 2023 cycle deadlines, which begin with an internal deadline of August 1, 2022.
We look forward to your submissions and to answering any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
---
