New Salary Pay Scale for Executive Level II

Purpose

This Notice provides guidance about the NIH Fiscal Operations for Fiscal Year 2023 and implements the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law 117-328), signed into law on December 29, 2022.  Please review the notice for updates to the NRSA stipend and Executive Level II pay scale.
