Service is now fully restored to all SP customers and this issue should now be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will follow-up with additional information about the root cause of this issue and the steps we will take to prevent this from happening in the future. Our SP customers are currently experiencing a service interruption across all production environments. Kuali engineers have identified the issue and are actively working on the fix.

Protocols are unaffected at this time
