Launch of CARAT RT System

We are pleased to announce that we have a new Request Ticket (RT) system for all grant related requests concerning Payroll, Purchasing, and Business Services. 

Please go to the CARAT website: https://carat.umbc.edu/ and click on the "Request Assistance" tab at the top of the screen. If you are logged into your myUMBC account you will see the familiar RT window so that you can make your selections for your particular request. You should no longer submit these grant related requests to your department staff or grant manager/administrator.

For all other requests, such as: "Proposal Development," or to "Request a Consultation," or to fill out a "Kuali Questionnaire" please click on the links that are also on the Request Assistance page.  Each of these links leads to a Google form.  At a later date, we will be adding these Google forms to the CARAT RT ticket system.
