This Notice supersedes NOT-OD-25-105 and establishes stipend levels for fiscal year (FY) 2026 Kirschstein-NRSA awards for undergraduate, predoctoral, and postdoctoral trainees and fellows, as shown in the tables below, which reflect the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-75), signed into law on February 3, 2026.
