RCR Case Studies from ORI
Stories about Researchers Worth Discussing
James DuBois from the Bander Center for Medical Business Ethics at St. Louis University and the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) have created an RCR "casebook" that includes twenty-four case studies as well as corresponding “role play” sections that allow acting out of the various scenarios.
In addition to UMBCs use of the CITI training modules and other departmental education programs, using these studies will aid researchers in understanding the components of RCR. These will also help to meet the education requirements for training from NIH and NSF.
