NIH Grants Policy Statement (10/1/2013) - Effective for all NIH grants and cooperative agreements with budget periods beginning on or after October 1, 2013. See 10/1/2012 NIHGPS for prior budget periods. See NOT-OD-14-001 for description and notable changes since the 2011 version.
