Updated PHS Policy from OLAW

The NIH has updated the Public Health Service (PHS) Policy on Humane Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (Policy) as announced in Guide Notice NOT-OD-15-079 at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-15-079.html. Institutions that receive PHS support for research involving animal subjects are required to comply with the PHS Policy.
