Human research regulations are being updated
Learn more of how these changes may impact your research
The current regulations, which were developed over two decades ago, are being updated by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to enhance oversight of research on human subjects and also change the administrative process (IRB review) of projects.
The Office for Human Research Protections have created six short webinars covering key topics on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) - the proposed updates to the regulations.
