Updated Cost Transfer Procedures

Please see the attached updated procedures for cost transfers involving sponsored funds.  This version provides additional clarification of the required documentation and timeliness as outlined in UMBC's Policy on Cost Transfers (#VIII.7.00.01), to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines.  The procedure can also be found on the OCGA website at http://cga.umbc.edu/misc/.
