Updated Separation Checklist for Faculty

There is an updated version of the Separation Checklist that is required whenever a faculty member is leaving the university.  The new version includes items to help facilitate the closure and possible transfer of items related to the OVPR's Offices.

Please make sure that any departing faculty completes this checklist as soon as it is known that they will be leaving UMBC.

The checklist can be found on the HR Webpage under Transitioning from University Service and will also be linked on the OSP Webpage.
