Identifying if a Partner is a Foreign Sourcec

In an effort to help identify if a partner (i.e. sponsor, sub awardee, etc.) is a Foreign Source under Federal definition a guidance document has been  developed.  It can be found on the ORPC Export control page and is also linked from the OSP page.
