MSRDC - Another possible source for COVID-19 funding

UMBC is a member of the Minority Serving Institution STEM and Research Development Consortium (MSRDC).  This group helps to connect researchers from Minority Serving Institutions to funding opportunities.  It is a bit of a different process as the faculty member goes on and states their capabilities for various agencies and then MSRDC attempts to make connections.  There is a fee if funding is received and that fee should be built into any budgets submitted.
