Duplicate project entries in Kuali COI disclosures
Our office has identified a series of duplicate Kuali emails for projects (proposals) sent to PIs/faculty that reference a proposal number as well as institutional proposal number with the same title. Both numbers may also be appearing in "All Project View" section of a PIs/faculty Kuali COI disclosures.
I have submitted a request ticket to Kuali to identify and correct the issue. If a PI or faculty member have received such emails (and we haven't reached out to you) or identify a duplicate entry in your COI disclosure, please an email to compliance@umbc.edu.
The ORPC and Kuali Research will post a message on our groups page once Kuali has fixed the issue.
