New Form - Temporary Award Extension
OSP has posted a new Temporary Award Extension form to its website. A copy of the form is also attached to this post. This form can be used in situations when a department anticipates a no-cost extension or issuance of incremental funding but has not yet received a formal award modification from the sponsor. OSP will use the completed form to note the status in Kuali and notify OCGA so that spending can continue on the existing PeopleSoft project beyond the initial end date. Similar to a Pre-Award Account request, the extension term is limited to 90 days beyond the initial project end date. At the 90 day mark, your OSP manager will follow up with you on the status of the pending award modification.
