Federal Flexibilities on Awards Impacted by COVID

A memo from OMB has been released reviewing flexibilities that OMB has allowed Federal agencies to consider.  That memo is attached here.  Of particular interest is if we have faculty who have had issues with their ability to meet award deliverable requirements due to COVID and UMBC's partial shutdown. If you are aware of such issues please reach out to your OSP Grants and Contracts Manager if we need to request  accommodations from the sponsor.
